INVITATION TO DATABASE OF THE AFRICAN THESES AND DISSERTATIONS INCLUDING RESEARCH TRAINING WORKSHOP (DATAD-R) IX, 5TH - 8TH FEB, 2019, LUSAKA, ZAMBIA

The AAU in collaboration with the University of Lusaka is pleased to invite you to the Database of African Theses and Dissertations including Research (DATAD-R) training to be held at the Best Western Plus Hotel from 5th - 8th February 2019 in Lusaka, Zambia. The training is for Librarians, ICT and Information Professionals, Researchers, Library IT support staff of University libraries and Directors of Research.

Researchers and Librarians’ session will focus copyrights, licensing, policies, and advocacy for content generation, preparation and uploading of research content to IR. Library IT staff session will be on IR setup, configuration and customization. Institutions are strongly encouraged to send at least 3 participants –one for IT, one for Library, and a Director of Research to attend this all-important meeting.
